1,Materials Mixing.(Semiauto compounding)
Using our reliable high efficient hot and cool group mixer, the raw materials such as PVC powder,Calcium Carbonate, and other important additives such as Cloride PE, pre-wax, Stearic Acid, Compound Stabilizer, ACR, Paraffin are completely mixed by a certain ratio, which is also an key part in roof sheet quality control, because the improper mixing would lead to sheet deficiency problem like crack, unflat and bump.
Meantime, you just don’t need to worry about the compounding formula, we have the powerful commercial receipt for producing PVC ASA Plastic Roof Tile, we have thousands of time for production experience both from initial testing and technical support to our clients for delivery before shipment or aftersales service.
In this stage, through a series of function of material transportation, compression and metering inside the conical twin extruder and single extruder, the completely mixed raw materials are molten and fully plasticized in a perfect status, then the molten ASA granule meets the molten PVC fluid in the distributor, but these 2 streams of fluid will not be mixed together due to the special design of plastic distributor unit, where the ASA goes for the upper layer and the PVC mixture goes for lower layer, and finally these 2 fluids continues to move forward to the T-die by the big pressure of extruder machine to form a fixed sheet with certain width and cross-section.
You have to adjust the speed for ASA single extruder to ensure that the surface ASA layer is the same width as the PVC layer, otherwise, the surface ASA layer will go under the PVC layer, or it will not fully cover the PVC layer, in a word, the 2 layers must be of the same width.
3,Embossing,forming and cutting.
In the final stage, the hot PVC ASA sheet is hauled off to the tile embossing unit (upper roller with pattern and lower roller as mirror roller) to print certain pattern for surface ASA layer, and then after trimming device at both side, it goes into a tile forming machine with glazed mould to form the bamboo shape tile as designed, in which the wind generated by the cooling fan at both side will blow into a tunnel to cool down the temperature for the glazed mould after absorbing the heat from hot roof tile sheet, and then the cooled glazed PVC tile sheet continues to be hauled off to a cutting machine, where a certain length of the glazed roof sheet is cut as per preset, finally the glazed roof sheet are piled on the stacker table which is ready to be packed.
4,PVC products recycle and reuse.
In some places, if people prefer to use products from recycled materials, an economic and eco-friendly solution is proposed for this plastic roofing tile production line, we can recycle these PVC plastic waste when trimming and initial launch of production, by a group of auxiliary machine such as plastic crusher and miller.
But remember, when using these recycled PVC resin powder after recycle, usually it will be feeded to serve as a middle layer as per commercial purpose.

After sales service and policy
1 Technical documents
All the symbols on the equipments should be in English. Seller is responsible to provide general layout plan, electric plan, installation direction, and manual book in English to Buyer on time.
2. Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work
a. After all machines are delivered to customer's factory; Buyer is responsible for all preparation work, e.g. electricity supply, water supply, labors and cranes, etc.
b. ACEMIEN will prepare for visa application for their engineers, who are responsible for guide of machine installation and testing at the Buyer's factory.
c. The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD80 per day for each engineer.
d. Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer's factory.
e. If buyer doesn't request installation and commissioning by Seller's engineer in 4 months since date of bill of lading, which to be accounted all the machines has been successfully tested by buyer.
3. Quantity and quality guarantee
a. Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation:
In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, customer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. Insurance company and shipping company will be responsible for any discrepancy of the goods caused by shipping company and other transportation organization and/or post office.
b. Guarantee period and after-sales services: 12 months since date of bill of lading
During this guarantee period, ACEMIEN will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, ACEMIEN will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
c. Long-term service:
ACEMIEN will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
